Main focus for several years now is to keep dot gain in the recommended tolerance range. Due to different reasons issues like “Vanishing Dots” occur. Residues on blankets result after a short time in dot gain. Consequently blankets have to be cleaned more often, cleaning intervals decrease. Besides other positive effects Alcolan DOT V48.1 supports reducing building up and “Vanishing Dots” on blankets.
